Welcome to Minnesota’s Largest Skeet Shooting Event!

More than 30 high school teams featuring more than 300 student athletes are anticipated for the 2020 Skeet Shooting Championship, June 17th-18th at the Minneapolis Gun Club in Prior Lake, Minnesota.

Two full days of competition will feature new teams and participants – June 17-18th, 2020!
Each team is assigned a tournament day as determined by their Class and Conference designation. This allows all teams to complete their competition (Novice, Junior Varsity, and Varsity) on a single day while allowing competition among teams with a similar team size.

The record growth of high school shooting sports in Minnesota has led to another record year of participation!

In order of importance, the three priorities of the Minnesota State High School Clay Target League are safety, fun and marksmanship. All participants and spectators are required to adhere to all Championship rules and requirements included in the MNSHSCTL’s Policies & Procedures guidebook. Any participant or attendee who does not adhere to these rules will be disqualified and/or asked to leave the Championship. The Championship committee reserves the right to make alterations in, or amendments to these rules at any time without notice.

Please refrain from the use of alcohol or tobacco during competition on shooting facility grounds.
